Vice-Admiral Wilfred Nunn (British)

Nunn was commander of the Gunboat Espiegle on the East India station in 1914. He was sent to Mesopotamia to defend British oil interests. He became senior naval officer on the Tigris up to the capture of Baghdad in 1917.
