Stephen McGreal

McGreal was a shipwright, then a carpenter in the Merchant Navy. He later ran his own joinery business, including making and restoring rocking horses, a business for which he was renowned and known locally as "The Rocking Horse Man". He was also a long standing and respected military historian.
