Lieutenant-Colonel H.R. Sandilands CMG, DSO

Sandilands was a Northumberland Fusilier. He served as the 23rd Division's GSO1 from March 1918 to March 1919. He wrote the History of the Division while commanding a battalion in Mesopotamia, and, latterly, in India.
