Colonel Terence J. Finnegan

Finnegan served for 30 years in the Air Force Reserve and then the Department of Defense as a senior civil servant. His assignments included the National Security Agency, European Command, NATO, Pacific Command and Central Command during Operation Desert Storm. He wrote articles for various professional magazines, and was a contributor to various books about aerial photography.
