Colonel Rod Paschall

Paschall was the Director of the U.S. Army Military History Institute at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. He was a graduate of West Point. He held post-graduate degrees in International Affairs and American History from George Washington and Duke Universities. He was a decorated veteran of 5 campaigns in Vietnam.
