John Maynard Keynes

Keynes was a Fellow of Kings College Cambridge. He was temporarily attached to the British Treasury during the Great War, he was the Treasury's Official Representative at the Versailles Peace Conference. He resigned from this post when it became evident that hope could no longer be entertained of substantial modification in the draft terms of peace.
