John W Steinberg
Steinberg was an Associate Professor of History at Georgia Southern University. He was a Kennan Institute Research Scholar at tThe Woodrow Wilson Center in 1996. He contributed to two major edited works on the immediate pre-war period in Russian military history, as well as his own book "All The Tsar's men".
