Alexander Watson

Watson had been a Research Fellow and British Academy Post-Doctoral Fellow at Clare Hall, Cambridge. In manuscript form, his book "Enduring the Great War" was joint winner of the Institute of Contemporary History and Wiener Library's Fraenkel Prize for 2006. He later moved to Goldsmiths, University of London, where he was Lecturer in History before becoming Professor of History. Between 2011 and 2013 he was a Marie Curie Inter-European Fellow at the University of Warsaw.
