Dr. Michael S. LoCicero

LoCicero was an independent scholar, and also the Helion & Company Commissioning Editor. His 2011 PhD was from Birmingham University. He had been a contracted researcher with the National Archives then he became engaged in a wide range of academic and educational activities.
