Dr Phillip G. Pattee

Pattee was a retired U.S. Navy submarine officer and was an Associate Professor of Strategy and Military Operations at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He had a PhD in military and diplomatic history from Temple University, Philadelphia.
