Professor Charles King

King was Ion Ratiu Professor of Romanian Studies and also Professor of International Affairs and Government in the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. He was the author of several books on the Black Sea Area and he also wrote for the TLS and Foreign Affairs.
