Eugene Rogan
Rogan was a University Lecturer in the History of the Modern Middle East at the University of Oxford, and a fellow of St. Antony's College. He was the author of "Frontiers of the State of the Late Ottoman Empire". for which he was awarded the Albert Hourani Prize.
