Henri Desagneaux

Desagneaux was mobilised as a Reserve Lieutenant in the Railway Transport Service. He was born in 1875, read law and became Head of the Legal Department at the Eastern Railway Co. After the war he returned to Local Government and in the Second World War he was temporarily mobilized as a Major in 1940. He died in 1969.
