Christopher Sykes
Sykes was a photographer and writer. He was the grandson of Sir Mark Sykes, of Sykes-Picot fame. He had written many books including a two volume biography of David Hockney and also a biography of Eric Clapton. He also wrote and presented "Upper Crust", a six part series on country house cooking for BBC2. He lived in North London.
