John Roberts

Roberts was one of the foremost authors on warships of the Dreadnought Era. He was Editor of the Journal "Warships" from 1972 to 1982 and again from 1994 to 1995, developing it into a key outlet for new research and writing on warship topics. He was also a skilled draftsman. His published works are acknowledged as leading reference books of his time.
