Reverend Frederick C. Spurr
Spurr appears to have been a person of the cloth. We know he wrote a book entitled "Life After Death, According to Christianity and Spiritualism" in 1925, and the Preface to this book describes his address as "Regents Park Chapel", so we must assume that he was a nonconformist minister of religion himself.
