Colin Hardy

Hardy graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Geography, then he studied at the University of Nottingham for a MEd, he specialised there in Organisational Theory. Subsequently he was elected a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society. He then spent 35 years in education, retiring as a head teacher of a large secondary school. Then he completed an MA course at the University of Birmingham in First World War Studies. The subject of his dissertation at Birmingham formed the basis of the book on "Reconographers" in our "Tanks" Category.
