Brigadier-General J.H. Morgan
Morgan is described in the fly leaf of his book on German Disarmament (q.v.) as "One of His Majesty's Counsel", by which we understand that he was a K.C.; and also as "Late Deputy Adjutant-General". We are also told that he was British Military Representative on the Inter-Allied Council and G.O.C. British "Effectives" Sub-Commission of The Control Commission for the Disarmament of Germany (1919 - 1923). He had been Assistant Adjutant-General of The Paris Peace Conference and was a late Scholar of Balliol College, Oxford.
