Brevet Colonel Sir Bruce Seton Bart of Abercorn, CB

Seton served in the Indian Medical Service, taking part in the Waziristan Campaign of 1894-95, The Tochi Field Force of 1897 and the Great War. He was the 9th Baronet of Abercorn. His two sons inherited his love of piping. Sir Alexander was a keen member of the Scottish Pipers Society, and Sir Bruce, the 11th Baronet, was a well known actor; he played Fabian in Fabian of The Yard, and also appeared in the celebrated movies, Whisky Galore and The Cruel Sea.
