Philip Hamlyn Williams

Williams was the son of Major-General Sir Leslie Williams, who commanded the Royal Army Ordnance Corps in the Second World War. His interest in ordnance was piqued when he discovered a treasure trove of albums in his family home. He had an M.A. in Professional Writing and spent much of his career working with the professional services and not for profit sectors.
