Dr Raelene Frances B.A. (Hons), M.A., Ph.D.

Frances had published widely in the field of women's history. With her husband, Bruce Scates (q.v.), she was the author of a host of journal articles and academic books. She was a Senior Lecturer in the School of History at the University of New South Wales.
