Professor Mahon Murphy
Murphy was Japan Society for Promotion of Science Fellow at the Graduate School of Law, Kyoto University, and later Associate Professor of International History, again at Kyoto.
His doctoral thesis, from the London School of Economics, in 2015, focussed on the British takeover of Germany's colonies during the First World War and the treatment of German civilian internees and prisoners of war in the extra- European theatres of war.
