Rupert Wieloch
Wieloch was formally trained in Russian History and Soviet Studies. During a full military career, he saw service on the Norwegian/Soviet Border, he was deployed to the Central Front as a tank commander, and he hosted senior Russian officers following the Cold War.
As Director of Defence Studies for the British Army, he completed a Fellowship in International Relations at Pembroke College, Cambridge.
