Mark Hillier

Hillier was a chartered surveyor who had a passionate interest in the history of military aviation, with a particular focus on the RAF and the Second World War. He was also a qualified pilot, having flown for almost 30 years. He flew a Stearman biplane. He had written or co-authored a number of successful books on aviation.
