Seven Pillars of Wisdom (First Edition)

This is the First (Trade) Edition. The book has a note in it that it is the First Impression, with the illustrations on pages 304/5 being listed as being on pages 302/3. This book is kept along with the modern edition of the book as the book is one of the seminal publications of the Great War. The intention is that the modern edition will be the "working" copy. However, it is acknowledged that this First Edition may be required by scholars, that is why it was bought (at, apparently, an extremely good price!). The exact provenance of this book is still somewhat unclear and investigations into this are ongoing.
