Army Book 152 Correspondence Book (Field Service)

This is a "notebook", consisting of 45 pages, printed on both sides of the paper with vertical and horizontal lines forming boxes - in other words, squared paper. The last two pages have pencilled entries in the boxes, all numbers, with some accompanying diagrams from which it appears that this may have been a notebook used by an artillery officer to calculate trajectories.
