See the comments for Volume 1 for further information. This is Volume 2, which covers the period from January 1916 until March 1918. There appears to be some overlapping of dates between the volumes, possibly relating to the separate battalions. For instance, this volume covers the Battle of The Somme and the Regiment's part in it.
