This is No. 24 in the Wolverhampton Military Studies Series, edited by Professor Stephen Badsey of the University of Wolverhampton. This is a new study of shell shock, written by an academic with a very good track record in the subject. Like all Helion books, it is a beautifully produced volume, but perhaps more to the point it is a thorough and well written, and truly modern, study of shell shock - the final chapter brings the story very much up to date.
