How I Filmed The War. A Record of the Extraordinary Experiences of the Man Who Filmed the Great Somme Battles, etc.
This is Malin's story of his war cinematography. In places it reads like a lurid "Boys Own Paper" adventure, he insists in the book that it is constructed from reports which he sent regularly to the Editor of "Kinematograph Weekly", and that his manuscript was not altered in any material respect.
This is a story by, and of, a pioneer in war filming. As such, it is, of course, an extremely important book. This is a First Edition which we have in The Collection.
