The Spanish Flu Epidemic and its Influence on History

This is the third book on the "Spanish" Flu Pandemic which swept the world at the end of the war. It is probably the best description yet, although we still await a dedicated book about the direct influence of the Pandemic on the course and conduct of the war itself. Nevertheless, this book is welcomed. It deals, on a chapter by chapter basis, with the incidence of the virus in many disparate areas of the world rather than seeking to identify exactly how or where the virus first appeared.
