This is a 600 plus page narrative of the Russian story from the opening of the war to the end of the Revolution (but not, of course, the Civil War which followed).
The book is written by an expert on the subject. It is much more than an overview, so it is a very useful addition to the Collection and is recommended as a thoroughly competent first level starter for anyone researching whatever aspect of the Russian story in and around the First World War.
