This book is an important and lengthy (1100 plus pages) work, which, as the publishers say, elucidates a momentous transformation process that changed the world: the struggle to create, for the first time, a modern Atlantic order in the long 20th Century, which is defined as 1860 to 2020.
The author re-interprets the Versailles Conference as the original attempt to supersede the Eurocentric "world order" of the age of imperialism, and found a more legitimate peace system.
The whole book is either intentionally or accidentally centred around the Great War, which makes it an important book for the Collection, and by extension, researchers.
