This is an unusual book. We have few enough books in this category, but this book adds to the spread of the subject in the Collection. It is the story of the German agent Witzke and his operations in the Americas during the war. In many ways the book is not too dissimilar to the spy novel. It is well written and easily fits into our Collection, yet it could be read as a "bedtime book", which would not detract from its ability to open up the reader's mind about the global spread of the German spy network during the war.
