The Battle Cruisers at the Action of the Falkland Islands

This is one of N & M's splendid facsimile copies of long out of print volumes. As usual, it is presented in excellent form. The book consists of, first, an account of the action at the Falklands, by Commander Verner, which has been edited by Colonel Willoughby Verner; then comes a "Memoir of the Author" by Harold Hodge. There is an "Epilogue" by Ida Verner. Finally, there are five Appendices: "Last Hours", "Letters", "Official Mentions", "The Subsequent War History of the Inflexible", and "A German Account of the Action of the Falkland Islands".
