Richard Hough (British)
Hough was an established naval historian. His first book was "The Fleet that had to Die", published and which ran in "The New Yorker" and was widely translated in the late Fifties. He travelled widely in connection with his maritime writing, and was associated with his work for the Navy Records Society as a Council Member and Vice-Chairman.
