Lieutenant-Colonel Kenneth Radley
Radley was a former Lt-Col in The Queens Own Rifles of Canada. He was a graduate of the University of Manitoba and he held a Doctorate in Canadian History from Carlton University, Ottawa. He was also a graduate of the Canadian Forces Command and Staff College, Toronto.
