Phillip Harding

Harding was the youngest son of a rifleman who served in the Second World War. He researched into his family's history and the result was his first book, "From Gazala to Tunis: 422 days in the life of the 2nd Battalion The Rifle Brigade". He then went on to write his book on the shell shortage.
