Major Raymond H. Fredette

Fredette was a USAF officer (latterly a colonel), who was, ultimately, one of the USA's foremost Lindbergh scholars, writing an important study "The Making of a Hero", which addressed what really happened after Lindbergh landed at Le Bourget after his record breaking Trans-Atlantic flight.
