Stuart Wallace

We have found some difficulty in tracing who this author was. There is no clue given in the book itself, but from various comments in the author's Preface, it appears that he was a New Zealander and constructed a great number of links with both academic institutions and academics themselves during his research for this book. However, there is no clue as to him actually being an academic himself. Help on a potted biography of this author would be appreciated.
