Fokker: The Creative Years
Although this is also a biography, it is in this particular category because it is, basically, a chronological description of the types of aircraft designed by Fokker, before, during, and after the war.
The book starts with a young Anthony Fokker attending Technical College in Germany in 1910. It traces his rapid conversion to a designer and manufacturer of aircraft, right through the war, and into the Twenties, following his retreat to his native Holland at the end of the war. Virtually every type of Fokker type of plane is described, some in great detail. This is therefore a useful reference book.
The book was edited and completed by J.M. Bruce following the author's untimely death.
