This is a large book, nearly 600 pages long. It is written by an amateur historian, but it is, nevertheless, a thorough description of the Intervention and is probably as complete as any we are likely to see in one single volume.
There are many very interesting images in the book. It is, altogether, an excellent addition to our knowledge of this aspect of the whole war.
