Betrayal of an Army. Mesopotamia, 1914 - 1916

This is a new study of the Mesopotamian campaign as a whole. It deals with the political aspect from start to finish and studies the support which the Expeditionary Forces received and also the incompetent leadership and military misjudgement. We view this as an overdue book, as a modern appreciation of the campaign as a whole.
