The Other Balkan Wars. A 1913 Carnegie Endowment Enquiry in Retrospect with a New Introduction and Reflections on the Present Conflict.

This is a reproduction of the Carnegie Endowment's original Report inquiring into the causes and conduct of the Balkan Wars of 1912-1913, apparently in full. There is no doubt that there was some contributory influence on the Great War from these conflicts, and so it is right that we should have this important document of record in the Collection. The Introduction to the book is by George F. Kennan (q.v.)
